Order Status Description:

  • On hold: Default order status after placing an order, awaiting manual payment confirmation.
  • Pending payment: If payment is not received upon manual verification, the order status changes to “Pending payment” (payment deadline: 3 days; orders will be automatically canceled if overdue).
  • Processing: Once payment is confirmed manually, the order status changes to “Processing,” indicating that production has been scheduled.
  • Completed: The order status changes to “Completed” once the product has been shipped and the tracking number has been added.
  • Canceled: The order has been canceled and will not be processed.
  • Note: Order tracking is only available for logged-in members. Guests can still place orders, but won’t be able to track order status. A text message will be sent once the item is delivered.

Bank Payment Information:

  • Bank details will be displayed on the order confirmation page or can be found in the order details via email.
